I have extensive experience facilitating cross-functional teams to document, analyze, measure, and improve process performance. I've used Visio to document processes and capture session results, accurately and concisely illustrating processes as they were, or as we were proposing they become, and helping everyone stay on the same page. Not only did these diagrams eliminate misunderstandings, they provided a point of reference from which team members could ask questions and contribute. I also worked with profit center leaders to deploy process management from the top-down and co-facilitated their development of a Balanced Scorecard.

I worked with financial representatives from five profit centers to develop a new process for consolidating 1099 statements for customers who'd received reportable benefits from more than one profit center to meet revised IRS requirements.
