I drafted this high-level diagram of a Process Management Deployment process to capture my thoughts on it as a "system," our mission being to institutionalize process management as the way we did business. Our department then utilized this framework as a basis for system development & deployment. We also utilized this diagram as a basis for communication about Process Management outside of our department.
